Scientifically, sure, darkness is the absence of light. But science isn't a strong part of this discussion. Thinking beyond science, thinking logically. Like, how do we know that lightbulbs don't create light, but only destroy dark. What if dark was always there, and then something destroyed dark, creating light. Making it so the absence of dark is light.
In a sense the absence of light is dark AND the absence of dark is light. They are mere absences of each other. They are nots. You can have not-light (dark) and you can have not-dark (light). This could apply to many other things, too.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.[2026-7-15. : 4:10 am]
