If I set HP for all Unit X's owned by player 1 at anywhere to 1%, Will Unit X's owned by player 1 that are inside of a dropship get their HP set to 1%?

None.

No.
Next time, for a question as simple as this, make your own test map.
I didn't know the answer, and tested this out in literally under a minute.

4. Run simple tests yourself. If it takes less than two minutes to make an example map and find your answer, do that instead of posting.

I believe the answer to that is yes. That is however, unless you constantly set their health to something else. But I'm pretty sure that it is a yes. Test it out. It takes like 2 minutes to makes triggers for it.

EDit: Woops, nevermind i guess lol. But what I said stands with Vrael.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
