Ok i have a trigger that goes like
"Player 7 has suffered "0" deaths of units 'x'"

"Create 1 unit at location 'x' for player 7"
"Kill 1 unit at locations 'x' for player 7
"wait 300 milliseconds"
"Preserve Trigger"

Ok but when the unit spawns it spawns 3 of the unit instead of only 1, so how can i make it so its only 1 unit

Is the trigger for one player or a force?
If it is for a force, it spawns however people there are in the force

The 'Kill' action does not add a death to the death count. You can instead just use the Set Deaths action. Also, make sure the trigger isn't activating for multiple players if you don't want it to.

well im trying to make a unit spawn and then have it die instantly. I need a trigger to make it so only 1 unit spawns instead of 3 at a time... im not sure how exactly to make a trigger using the set death's.

Master has given Dobby a doctorate! Dobby is free!

Can you attach the file so we can try and figure out what's wrong?

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
