Starcraft won't run

For some reason, when I try to run Starcraft on my new computer, it won't let me run and gives me this error.

I did everything as stated in the error as shown, yet it still gave me the error.

The funny thing is, my OS is Windows XP, so I don't know why it's giving me this error. It worked perfectly fine on my old computer, with the same OS. I think it may be my different graphics card, but I'm not sure. Thanks in advance.

Your resolution doesn't exactly look like it is at the size that Starcraft requires it to be at.

I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.

Did you install a grafic card driver?

I have played on the same resolution on my old computer if I am not mistaken. I didn't change monitors

Yes I did install a graphics card driver. It is 3Dlabs Acuity Driver.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
