well you didnt really help me directly but still...
i did install that program (didnt help) but i did the manual instructions.
got an error
typed the error code in the windos live search box
went on a forum
got advice to RUN TH PROGRM AS ADMINISTER
and now it works!!!

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
