Preplace the sprite unit of a Dark Swarm and it will never go away, unless via triggers. You can also move it around.

hmm, ive tried it, but it seems to be unresponsive to move triggers, do i have to do something special to it? like enable or disable or something?

I'm afraid you can't move swarms. You can center on them and remove them, but that's pretty much about it.

Btw. iirc if you preplace for P12 it will go away, but if you preplace for another player it will stay but offer no protection.

You can give them, center locations on them, remove them, and kill them, that's it, disruption webs can be moved, if that could be a possible solution for you.
