The map that my friend and I have been working on, well when I want to join the game and test the map with him, it says "Unable to join game".
I used SCM Draft 2 to make this map. It might be a trig, idk, anyone ever get this before?

Sleeping wolves wake hungry.

Check the colours in the map title.

Some colours aren't allowed in titles, and disables the map from being played multiplayer.

Also they cant be in force names, but not sure. Remove all colors and other special characters from them.

They can be in force names, they just wont be parsed. Stuff like & and text-align bytes wont work in map name.

Stacked text and text aligning, and newlines cause this problem when put in the map title.

Ok, think we got it, might be an illegal character.

As for the colors, havnt put in any just yet, will keep in mind not to put it in those places.

Ok well no illegal characters, and shortened the map saved name also, and still wont work. No colors on anything in the map just yet..

Try completely changing the title of the map and see if it works.

Also, it may be that you have no active players. Try setting the players to human and placing start locations for the respective players.

Ok, all players are set as humans except for 1, against a comp, and have start locations. Also it wont allow me to change the map title, all I can do is delete characters, not add them.

Ultraviolet -- just sent you a message on Discord. I suspect you're probably trying to change unit speeds for units that don't use flingy.dat for movement (like any units that walk instead of hovering/flying). You can change their movement to flingy, but they unfortunately look more like they're gliding than walking when you do that.

Symmetry -- EE2, I've been using setdatfile successfully for units.dat and weapons.dat but the flingy changes don't seem to happen

Ultraviolet -- in EE2 you just open DatEdit, go to the flingy tab, and make whatever changes you want. Though if you want to do dynamic shit, you have to use the trigger editor with the setdatfile action. And of course you have to inject your changes when done. Can give more specific troubleshooting advice if you provide more details
