I need a cloaked unit for use as a target, i need one for each 6 players, and i want it blinded so it does not gives advantage of sight to the ground units that will be owned by the players.

I know that you can make a ennemy medic blind a unit for UMS use, but i am not sure if it will work with an observer... i know i need detections and such, but i would like to know if it is possible... if not, i would use wraiths, its not a problem, but i find observers a better choice.
