Player wont show up

Whenever i try to put a Rescuable Player into a seperate force or any force, it isnt there! Ive placed the start location and everything. If i switch the player to a computer it shows up, but not for rescuable. Why is this?
In the game lobby or on the map? Rescuable players don't show up in the game lobby.
