Is it possible to make a trigger that, once conditions are met,to disable other triggers?

None.

That's what switches can be used for:

Trigger 1:
Conditions:
- Whatever
Actions:
- Set switch 1

Trigger 2:
Conditions:
- Whatever
- Switch 1 is cleared
Actions:
- Whatever

..etc

Once the switch has been set no trigger which has "switch is clared" in its conditions will run. Whenever you want to enable them again all you have to do is clear the switch.

?????

There are basically two methods to do this: Switches, and Death Counts.

None.
