i just made a cool map. The map is divided by water with a little strip of land in the middle. How do i make so that all units that cross this space will die until a 15 min time limit runs out?

TRIGGER:

Conditions:
Current Player brings at least 1 any unit to "Over Water"
Count Down timer is at least 0 game seconds
Count Down timer is at most 900 game seconds

Actions:
Kill all any unit owned by current player location "Over Water"
Preserve

Current Player = Players who's units you don't want over this water area.
Over Water = Location over top of the watery area that you don't want units over.

:D

You also must have a Count Down timer set to count to 900 seconds (15 min) for this to fire.

Sorry for double post, but when the time limit ends, the units crossing the bridge still die. How do i make it so that when the 15 min time limit ends, units crossing the bridge wont die?

You hav4e to mess around with the time combinations in the condition. What I mean is that where I have at least and at most you have to reverse these times or add/subtract them. I can't think of the right combination at the moment but it should cancel it self when the times up.

TRIGGER:
Conditions:
Current Player Brings At Least 1 Any Unit To Over Water
Count Down Timer Is At Least 1 Game Seconds

Actions:
Kill All Any Unit At Over Water
Preserve

The one second time and at least will fire the trigger when a player (one of the owners of the trigger) brings a unit the location over the water and if the count down timer has at least 1 game second on it. This means that when the count down timer reaches 0, the trigger will not fire. :D I'm pretty sure that this will solve your problem with the current information you gave. :)
