I play tested it and it seems to be pretty balanced but I would like to hear your opinions and suggestions. Apparently the jpeg program isn't working so sorry for not having a pic.

Anyways, the odd positioning of the start locations and the minerals makes for much slower mineral income, which would make it imbalanced for races or builds more dependent on minerals.
Also, the natural expansion can be easily tanked (or stormed) from below the cliff. You should extend the high ground so they at least have to drop on the same height level.
Those bridges seem too tight; maybe you should widen them.
Some of the expansions' resource positioning makes it so you have to build a command center at a farther location than usual.

The top base has the best advantages. Especially since they can reach the middle island base the fastest.

For example, at some point before release, they've updated the graphics of some of the Protoss buildings (Forge, CyberCore, Citadel, Observatory, Arbiter Tribunal), but instead of properly re-rendering them with edited 3D models, they did crappy copy-paste jobs on the rendered graphics.

Ultraviolet -- I suppose we'll likely never know, but my guess would be that they already saw it operating successfully and there was no monetary incentive to finish the original work. And the dev cycle in old school Blizzard was so hectic, it's possible it just got forgotten about after the original game got released. Plus there's an element of existing MPQ files that were packaged with the original discs becoming outdated if they updated it. And it's not like they remade the original MPQs, they just made new ones for BW specifically

Oh_Man -- the thing is thos buildings are from classic. that means they went ahead and made brood war without ever finishing the 'unfinished' buildings
