Okay so what is the go with this guy? He appears to be immune to a lot of triggers, which is making my life difficult.
It doesn't seem I can create him ORmove him with triggers? Is this the case, or am I doing something wrong?

It's possible to fix these problems through modding (simple checkboxes in the StarEdit tab), but all unused units (Aldaris, Raszagal, DuGalle, Arcturus, Mineral Chunks/Vespene Canisters) are immune to creation. You have to pre-place them and manipulate the units with triggers afterwards.
