On the navigation on the left there's a starcraft section titled 스타크프트래. The second link down from there is "map download" (맵 다운로드)
Following that link will bring you to a list of topics where it looks like people are posting there maps.
However you can't just look at the posts and download the maps. You will have to sign up for naver, and then join the clans naver page. Part of the joining process you have to go through something called "real name verification" which you need a Korean phone number or an ipin. Look at this page for help obtaining an ipin https://sejongcityforeigners.wordpress.com/2015/10/16/how-to-get-the-i-pin-ipin-in-korea/
It's a whole ordeal, I don't have an ipin or Korean phone number so that's as far as I could get. You might have better luck asking the clan leader for maps.

You don't need an IPIN for real name verification on Naver. I made my account a while ago so I don't remember the exact steps, but as a foreigner you can get your account verified by sending Naver a photo of a valid ID (I used my New York drivers license and it worked just fine.)

Oh nice, i'll have to see if I can find that. I couldn't seem to get past the real name verification, but i'm glad to know there's a way to do it without an ipin.
