Custom Music
The Problem is ingame, the music is incredibly hard to hear in the background, how can I make it where it can be heard and not a waste of my time.

If the wav is too quiet, you can just open it in an audio editor of your choice and increase the volume.
You can also use the "Mute Unit Speech" action to make other in-game sounds much quieter.

I used the sound program Audacity to do stuff like this and to add some decibels to a music file.
It's a freeware and works great.
