Let's say, players 1 and 2 are human controlled. A condition for a good dose of player 1 triggers is ... "All players have suffered exactly 0 deaths of [unit]". So, now let's say, player 2 leaves the game. Does this condition still check for player 2 deaths even after he's gone?

None.

Edit: Completely missed that you were trying to check for Player 2's death with "All Players". NudeRaider is correct.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Nope. All Players is a player group (like Forces) and as such only includes present players. StarCraft automatically filters non-present players from player groups.

If you want to check for non-present players you'll have to check for individual players.

Constructing a counterexample is answering the question: "Is Navier Stokes well posed?" in the negative
