This map works fine in single player but when I try to host it on bnet people who try to join get "unable to join" messages. It's not a problem with my router because I can host other maps, just not this one. I'm wondering if it is corrupt or broken is there a way to fix it to make it playable?

This error is almost always caused by an invalid game name in the Map Description.
Yours says "Tactical Adventure! " with a tab at the end which may be causing the problem. Try getting rid of the tab.
SCMDraft is not as buggy as other editors that offer similar features, and SCMDraft is the most comprehensive. You've made the right choice by using it.
