Idea for a new style of RPG?

I really quit map building for a while because of the finals and SOL (I hate Geometry....)
i was going to make a map but realized that I need that time to study :l
My idea was that you start with a hero who's really strong, but you need to fight a freaking giant horde that's really strong, he starts with 1 skill,
My solution was an ability to buy armies then level them up to get them stronger,
The stronger they get, the more Abilities your hero unlocks.
I also thought of a loyalty system where gas represents your troops loyalty to you, as gas goes up, the more troops abilities are unlocked,
But as loyalty goes down, the more chance of troops defecting against you. (Turning to to the enemy player)
I also thought of a gold system along with a giant twist that your hero must be with your army at all times or they will be neutral. ( To prevent a "Sitting around summoning to do my job" Thing)
I'm out of time now :( I hope somebody actually would actually take this idea and forge the map, because I would actually want to see a map like this.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
