When I download something, it directly goes into a "Download folder".
Is there any ways of selecting the folder before it starts downloading?

Tools-->Options--> Save files to:.

There's a button where you can enable where it can be saved.

Tool -> Options -> Downloads (It's under the general tab) -> Choose a directory or check the box to ask for each file separately.
