Can't Shout in Shoutbox

For some reason, I can't post in the shoutbox anymore. When I click the shoutbutton, the buttons go gray but it never posts in the shoutbox.
Any reason why?

change your skin to default or possibly carbonite

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
