And with the last second ticking, the group of suspects grabbed Paravin, who had already made it out of the room where the townspeople met. He struggled to run through an alleyway, tripping over trash cans, and heading into plain sight. Eventually he was tackled before he escape to the public outside, and with a simple gun, Paravin was shot in the head, obviously dead with a simple, quick and dirty murder. Satisfied with spilling someone's blood, the Townspeople retreated for the night, hoping that the Mafia wasn't out for the same blood as well.

From the dark rooftops of the city, a single man gazed apon the glowing streets below. "A full moon," the man said. "And I was hoping it would be a bit darker tonight." That man was one of those townspeople that had went to the first lynching, and as his trench coat fluttered open, it revealed a rather large package of explosives. "Oh, today is a great day to die," he said, and whistled as he waited for the future to bring a change to Lingtown.

The night was calm, but that calmness would soon become chaos. The Mafia had pulled up in a rather hot speedster, and quickly whipped out two custom made SMGs, charging the apartment of their next victim. Nerdy was busy watching T.V., hearing the news of his twin brother (with, interestingly, the same name) ranting about how a man with a large Battlecruiser may be part of the Mafia. Too bad the T.V. was way too loud; he didn't hear the Mafia as they knocked the door down, and filled NerdyTerdy with hundreds of holes. Ouch. The Mafians nodded to each other, knowing that their deed was done for their overminding man in charge, and left the building, speeding down the road.

They played some classical music, which was, for the moment, fitting to their style. Their target was right on the corner: NudeRaider was there, with a laptop in hand, as he was quickly and rapidly writing some strange code into it, projecting it to the city through someone's WiFi. It would be a way to get his word out, to let those know the truth of the Mafia. Too bad the Mafia came down the road, and with a loud screech, NudeRaider was made nothing more than a bloody mess, and his laptop was a pile of rubbish. Only it wouldn't have mattered: The Mafia were too late, the hacker was able to successfully run his code, although rather rushed.

The Townspeople knew that it was the second day, and two more innocents were killed. They watched the morning news together, as they had gotten "leaked information" about the Mafia being rather unlike themselves. For sure, one of the Mafia was quite loving, and the other could get quite angry. But there was more: apparently, the Mafia had set up a rather large device in the middle of the town square. No one knew what exactly it was, but it was, definitely, a rather large black box. No one knew what it was or how it got there, but the group of townspeople knew for sure that the Mafia were preparing something big, and time was of the essence.
