Que Sera, Sera.

Painfully Honest

Painfully honest, my words are like bullets, but telling a lie would just make you cry.

Sure honesty hurts to, but fuck it i love you, being honest is what i have to do.

(A promise to you...)

(CHORUS): Never slandered your name, never played the wrong game, never put you to shame, never said you were lame. I was honest to you, because i love you, you know that i do, you know that i do...

Painfully honest, my words still like bullets, a terrible day soon to fade away, us both on the phone, us both at our home, as honesty travels across skys and roams.

(CHORUS): Never slandered your name, never played the wrong game, never put you to shame, never said you were lame. I was honest to you, because i love you, you know that i do, you know that i do...

(All this for you... x2)

(CHORUS): Never slandered your name, never played the wrong game, never put you to shame, never said you were lame. I was honest to you, because i love you, you know that i do, you know that i do...

Painfully honest, i'll watch over you, till you fade to black you know that i will.

Painfully honest, Im yours till the end, i'll be more than a lover, i'll be more than a friend.

This is a funny argument going on.

Ignoring the argument... it's something I can say that doesn't turn me OFF, but it's good to my standards (which is very different to a normal person's)

The sword and the faith

Ive been writing for three years. Most of it is on the Emo side, but thats okay, because i like Emo style/music.

And this just sucks.

Rise Against is NOT Emo.
Billy Talent though not really considered emo, if you dig deep, you could call them emo.
Never listened to Disturbed.

As for these lyrics, I imagine the song would be a slow and long one, or a fast but short one, I don't see a midway point, there just isn't enough lyrics.
I'd say this would be better as an acoustic song, slow.

The lyrics are at times better then others, which like any songs lyrics, happens.
The part that stuck out for me was

"Never slandered your name, never played the wrong game, never put you to shame, never said you were lame. I was honest to you, because i love you, you know that i do, you know that i do..."

You, undoubtedly know that rhyming isn't needed, but can be used, I feel this is over using the opportunity to rhyme, and that "lame" is a lame word to use in a song and that "game" is cliche.

The rest of the song however had a somewhat Beatles style to it, songs such as "Can't Buy Me Love" "Love Me Do" "All My Loving" "All You Need Is Love"

I would say, if you asked for a rating, my honest opinion, 6/10 with a lot of room for improvement (in this case, room for improvement is good, because it shows that the song is open for interpretation and that you have a lot of paths you can take with it) good job.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
