If you have windows vista:
Almost all windows computers have the windows tcp/ip half open limit. Which makes proxy scanning almost IMPOSSIBLE and limits bot loading!

IMPORTANT: Do NOT restart your computer after installing the UAC patch, otherwise hold down F8 to bypass windows prompt that a modified windows file was detected. You may restart your computer after installing setupreadyplus.

Follow the instructions carefully and change the limit using a CUSTOM value and do not change the value to 50. When entering in a CUSTOM value, make sure it is a number higher than 10000.

Now that you've patched your system you are now free to start warring!
First open genocide, click the "virtual tls" button, click the "shell nes scan" button on the virtual tls window that shows up, then click the "connect to tls" button on the virtual tls window. Now on the nes scan PROGRAM that popped up, you see that there are ranges. If it is night, later than 10pm-11pm eastern time then you can press scan to scan the 59.92 range, otherwise scroll down until you see 201.252 range.
Proxies are most likely going to be found and bots are going to get up, you are almost done.
To start spamming somebody, click the "main" tab on genocide then on the textbox to the right of the "all" checkbox, type in the channel you'd like your bot to join. Make sure the load checkbox is enabled then click the big "enable" button to start warring. The 2 long textboxes near the bottom right are the spam messages sent out during attacks. The textbox above the most bottommost one is only used during loadmode. You can also enable file spam to spam messages from a file, or rnd to spam random messages.
