OFFICER
To become an officer, you must be a first class member who never fights in the channel, respects and defends Operation Onslaught members, seldom break Oo rules and is very active.
1ST CLASS
To become a first class member, you must have created eight new maps rated 40 or better, four of which must be non-bounds, one must be rated over 45, and you must have no habits of fighting or abusing access. You must be active to hold the 1st class rank.
If he meets the reqs. for 1st class ok thats fine then.Please show me all the maps and ratings then?

Leaders can promote anybody they want to any position they want. They made the rules, after all.
