Alright, you're good. Your video card is the only reason you can't run UT2004 on high, but it should work fine for this game.

The minimum employment age where you live (can be easily found on google), which is usually 16.

pen UT2k4 and set everything to VERY high and checkk all the boxes for things like shadows and foliage for some lulz.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
