, now serious, I watch Bleach, Death Note, DBZ, Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu, Ouran High School Host Club (hilarious, however, some people get weird), Ranma, Naruto (however, I don't hang around with the uhh forehead thingy and I don't put Naruto stickers in my notebooks like Naruto fanboys do 
), One Piece (when in Japanese it's hilarious!), Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ghost in the Shell, Spirited Away (interesting movie), and some more that I don't remember. The anime that is worth is the one that has some other message beyond what you see, or that gets your brain working (like Death Note, no, let me rephrase that, SPECIFICALLY Death Note). I'm sure some people who is not anime-fan could find something good in Death Note. Still, I do understand that there is a lot of pointless anime, or that just looks like (and is) shit. So Anime-haters have a very big point.

anyways, I've watched:
(mostly mainstream)
- Naruto (my personal favorite, both anime and manga)
- Bleach (it was good at first, but I dont think this series was very well planned out and the arcs are quite repetitive)
- One piece (again the arcs are quite repetitive, but still really funny. I don't read the manga though)
- Love Hina (anime was alright, but manga is seriously amazing. IMO this is the best of its genre)
- Fullmetal Alchemist (anime, haven't read manga.)
- Fullmetal Panic (omfg I love fumoffu, it is one of the funniest series xD)
- Samurai Champloo (was kind of disappointed by this)
- Trigun (it was alright, not my favorite)
- Fooly Cooly (it's anime on crack... seriously)
- Gundam Wing (I've only watched two episodes... lol. Gotta find time to finish it)
As for some others:
- Mahou Sensei Negima (anime = FAILx10000. But the manga is like one of my favorites)
- Grenadier (Lmao, a chick who reloads her revolver with her big boobs)
- Ichigo 100% (very ecchi. Anime isn't too great, but I am reading the manga right now)
- School Days (DUDE SERIOUSLY WATCH THIS. ENDING IS THE BEST EVER)
- Green Green (It's about one dude and three horny guys going for girls. Last episode is an OVA and falls under Hentai)
- Amazing Nurse Nanako (terrible)
- Air (very beautiful and poetic. Has a really deep meaning to it)
- Mai Hime (got boring after a while, still haven't finished it yet)
- Fruits Basket (too girly for me)
And some others that I can't remember
Some old school ones:
- Sailor Moon (very very old. Saw this when I was a little kid)
- Pokemon (who hasn't?)
- DBZ (only up till the frieza and parts of the cell saga. Stopped after that)
I haven't seen Deathnote, but I really want to watch it. I only read the first volume of the manga but I've decided to watch the anime first.

Azumanga Daioh is teh winnage comedy, not girly. At least, not when you compare it to OURAN HOST CLUB.
