It's a program used for adding a JPG, GIF, or BMP image into your map. He didn't actually draw all the tiles in that.

Nice map dada I enjoyed testing it with you :) I have yet to run through the whole thing aswell as rep it but someday I will :) its a good map from what I know tho and reccomend it to anyone looking for a good fun bound
