- DLDB portal page faster still
- Added "Popular Files" section at the top, it shows the files with the most downloads in the past 30 days
- Put the old "Popular Files" section at the bottom just above the comments as "Recently Downloaded" since that's what it was doing anyway

- Faster query for DLDB portal page
- DLDB portal page now shows 12 "Popular Files" (which has really always just been most recently downloaded files) for logged in users instead of 6 for logged in users (except Payne, who got 10 for some reason) and 12 when not logged in

- Raffle: Increase frequency of raffle draws, now 3 days plus or minus up to half a day instead fixed 119 hours
