Ive played my share of Java games in Internet explorer, and now that im older and i know what Aliasing is, I have started to notice it in most of java of flash games. I wanted to know if I can apply anti-aliasing to any of it. Possible? If so, how?

What type of Java Game?

Normally you can apply anti-aliasing, but, there are security risks hidden within doing it. If your'e talking on the web, you need to be carful, but, locally, there's no problem (that I know of).

A game like Runescape. I play it once in a while and the aliasing is horrible.

It sounds like you have no idea what you're talking about. Anti-aliasing is a graphical thing. There aren't "security risks" in doing it.

Lol, it's not that it's hard, Runescape is just terrible.

Relatively ancient and inactive

I'm pretty sure you can do it. Probably some function that creates a one-pixel blur whose intensity is determined by contrast between two pixels or something like that.

haha for sure. in some ways it's even more exciting because you can play EUD maps on regular battle.net, don't need to convince someone to download your mod to play with you. what did you do?
