I order you to forgive yourself!

ALL PRAISE YOUR SUPREME LORD CORBO

Q U A N T U M M A F I A

So much of life, it seems to me, is determined by pure randomness.

2095

It's been a long time since we were first introduced to quantum. Every since that day, that our history changed and ran the AI to handle the search for the meaning of life all we've found is death. Most of the human minds that were once uploaded to the unified quantum virtual realm have been deleted and only a few of us remain after this time. It all started with what we thought were unimportant minds, Pr0nogo and Farty1billion but it turns out our AI was playing us. Turns out those minds were the key to materialize ourselves into the physical world again and without them we cannot materialize once more. We're all held captive in quantum all we can do is remain in a sleep state or we're flagged for deletion. Which I am bound to now since I am writing this entry.

We were outputted a new string, it entered all of our minds we cannot figure it out on our own. But it took the deletion of payne and Suicidal Insanity to post this entry and now my own. If anyone's out there after all these years, please help us. We're being held hostage by our own technology.

Output String: VV ZT WUXLTH HCI UFQZ CJBI SMFFAC EF ZOO F

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
