Well, I made some modified remastered portraits for .webm format. I couldn't confirm the original speed of remastered portraits, so I just set speed 100 milliseconds I guess...
Then I put files with Samase and looked in-game, but it was slower than the original's frame animation. How can I confirm for the original remastered portrait's frame speed? Or is there anybody know for the speed for that? Sorry for my bad English....

None.

Zoan -- of course it isn't full understanding. You could ask "is the mechanism by which this counterexample blows up the ONLY mechanism possible for an initial configuration to blow up?"
