Okay, I googled around a lot... found nothing. This is the information I was told:
The movie opens up with a flashback of a family taking photographs. The area is wet. There is electrical cords running through the yard. The mother kneels down and grabs a fence, electrifying herself. Her face ends up against the fence and sizzles.

Off topic maybe, but electrical fences generally don't do more than a taser. Unless you're in some sort of military zone (or North Korea). I hate when movies do this sort of thing.

Anyway sounds like a generic horror/homicide, I would recommend reading through the stories of a few of those.

Maybe one of the Final Destination movies? Does everyone die? Oh yeah, and if there's a scary grim reaper guy in one of the photos then it's Final Destination 3.

Yeah, the first two Land Before Times were the only good ones, the rest completely suck... And I've grabbed electric fences just for fun, so it seems like a pretty crapily thought out idea for the movie writers.
