A Game Of Thrones themed diplomacy map.

Premise
The King is dead.
You will assume the role of the leaders of one of the factions of either Westeros or Essos at a time when things are most dire. The King is dead, no heir is apparent, and nearly all have laid some claim to the Iron Throne. Build up a suitable force to conquer the lands surrounding your hold. As you draw closer to conquering the other false kings be careful whom you decide to designate friend or foe. In The Game of Thrones, you play to win, or you die.

4/9/16 - Initial framework done for the systems I want to implement. Had to undo some of my previous work for new systems to circumvent unit limit.
Currently, I could use advice on special units for the 13 starting locaitons. Anyone with advanced knowledge of GoT (IE read the books) that would like to help with this, please post.
Request: add an all unit attack trigger for people without all unit select hacks.
