Me a couple months ago. At Goodwill because I was looking for some N64 games, and me and my friends found some awesome suit jackets.

I want to run my fingers through that hair, all the homo. Then I want to cut it short because short hair always looks good, is more efficient, and superior in just about every way. With short hair you can cut it yourself and not spend that $15 every time you would otherwise have a haircut.
