Also why are days longer than nights? Make them both one day.

Typically during days a lot of debate and vote switching happens, whereas at night you just have to PM me your action if you have one.

Votes can always turn around. The deadline for voting needs to be stated as soon as the day starts, and not shortened for any reason. Set deadlines are a crucial element for any number of voting strategies.

If it gets to the point where there's too much extra time, you can account for it by making the next day shorter when you set the deadline.

I'll play as #3860 as long as you can guarantee you won't end days early. Hopefully I won't miss any days.

CUPID
Love Spell - Activated - PM Two target players. These players will be announced to be in Love with each other. If one of the players die (lynched or killed), then the other suicides the following night (after voting and/or using up his/her night action). The Cupid may only have one Love Spell at one time.

Objection: Shapeshifter roles are random instead of deterministic. Mafia randomness should stop after role distribution.

I don't care who dies. I would never suicide for a lover. I might seek out bloody revenge, or degrade into a soulless blob of depression, but never suicide.

That seems kind of suspicious, considering you don't know (or shouldn't know) what his role is yet.

My role isn't one of the best for Mayor. If we could get the Rogue Engineer in there, we'd be in a very strong position to win.

NIGHT 0 END

"That's the last of them," the federal officer said as he slammed the door to the truck, carrying several criminals. His partner grunted. "Some weather we're having, eh? Summer isn't even over and I can see my breath." he continued as his partner started up the truck. It was making out to be a humid, foggy day, the chill from the night before still hung in the dawn air, twilight was barely on the horizon. His partner grunted again as they passed the last security checkpoint. They drove down a deserted road in silence. "You don't say much, do you?"

"I'm watching the road. Can't see a damn thing in this fog," his partner said gruffly. That shut him up. The freeway was no better and the men relaxed once they took the last exit towards Lilville. "Almost there," he grumbled, probably more for his own sake than for the other's sake. "The worst part is about to come; there's a bridge up here and I bet it's iced up due to all this." A cat flew out in front of them. His nerves taking over, the federal officer jerked the steering wheel to avoid the cat, hitting a rock and sending the car careening into the shoulder.

The front of the car smashed and the side seriously dented, he radios the county jail. "They'll be here in twenty minutes. Best check on the prisoners." He stares at the other officer, who scowls and gets out of the truck, walking around the vehicle to the back. The door is ajar; it looked like the truck had taken more structural damage than they had thought and busted the lock. The federal officer places his hand on the gun strapped around his hips and throws the door open. The prisoners are gone.

"Surprise," a vicious voice says behind him. He tries to manuveur but is quickly over powered as several of the criminals hold him down and another retrieves the gun from his side. He shoots him quickly in the head, and the criminals make their way to the other officer.

By the time Lilville County Police respond to the call, the criminals are gone, and the federal officers have been dead for an hour. Mayor lil-Inferno, who had ordered the arrest, and his secretary Mitt Romney are found dead the following morning, with the Mafia scattering around the town and donning new identities.

A crowd had gathered to mourn Mayor lil-Inferno's death, but they needed new leadership to lead the extermination of the Mafioso. Who will it be?
