I have a 75% off Portal 2 Coupon
I have been unable to find anyone who wants it to buy Portal 2.
It expires on August 30th (i.e. tomorrow)

Damn. I wouldn't use it by tomorrow.

This reminds me of when a steam friend left a note saying he had a free copy of Portal 2 if I had wanted it that I found months after he left it.
