Terran buildings not at full health

Does anyone know whats causing this?

Im currently using DatEdit 1.5d and Firegraft 1.16.1.

To be specific, the building finishes building normally, and doesnt look damaged, but when an SCV repairs it the appearance updates (so if it would normally be burning at that damage level it starts once I start repairing it) The missile turrets, which have very low hp, automatically burn down the instant the SCV trys to build it.

I also attached a file of the mod if it helps

Normally, I'd say that your build times are too short, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. This is quite odd indeed! What did you edit, exactly?

Nearly everything that can be done with datedit and firegraft : P. Hp, armour, I even tried to get infested duran, now an scv, to be able to build terran buildings (with no success) so alot of data related to building terran buildings is edited. Do you think it has to do with my attempts to give other units the ability to build buildings, or me giving the infested scv the ability to repair things that an scv can repair?

This is a good place to start:

Building units follows the same formula, and this explains why some buildings/units come out injured, except they start out with 10% of the base HP, plus 1 frame of "repairing", plus the time it takes to build. In the case of the terran barracks, it will build in 1 frame and come out with .1 * 9999 + 10010/256 + 10010/256 = 1078.1 HP.

So I need to increase build time?

I tried increasing build times but it didnt work. It seems, actually, that it is caused by "redzone burn" occuring during construction, which explains why buildings with low hp and long build times self destruct shortly after construction starts. Does anyone know how I can remove redzone burn without changing the buildings race?

Firegraft has an EXE Edit for that, which you could set to 0 to disable it entirely, though I'm unsure of why the redzone burn is occurring during construction.

Both percent check and damage per cycle are 0 at default, I think that my version of FireGraft (unoficial 1.16.1) can't do EXE edits.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
