The first character in the string designates the hotkey, and the second one designates the label type; they don't show up in-game. My guess is that at some point you had "Train" instead of "Create"? I'm also going to guess that you have an MPQ file that you imported into Firegraft when you saved in Firegraft, and that you're changing files in this MPQ. You need to re-import the MPQ into Firegraft by saving in Firegraft.

EDIT: Incidentally, WinMQP (and PyMPQ for that matter) can open Firegraft EXEs as if they were MPQs, and edit the imported files directly.

I used infested duran as the base of an "infested scv" unit, where the graphics are like that of an scv, with portrait/responses of an infested terran. Is it possible for him to build infested command centers using firegraft? When I tell him to, it shows the metal square as if he started, but then he freezes. Do I need a plugin or did I just forget something?

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
