I know I said that I would never get involved in anything to do with clans, but there were some things I just had to fix. (translation: to shut people up. )

- Guests can no longer create create clans. Well, that doesn't really shut anyone up. But I did notice some clans created by nobody in the database, so I figured I'd do something about that.

- You may now leave your clan. I had no idea what IP was going to code in the way of this, but I made a cheap fix over here. Though not technically a part of the clan functions, it does what it has to do and you can use that for now.

EDIT:
- When a tutorial is approved or deleted, the submitter will now receive a notice.
