Clear your cache and turn off "work offline".

Why?

Test if you can get in, that means you're using the Maplantis files stored in your cache.

But replying, and using the shoutbox doesn't get stored in the cache, it gets stored in MySQL databases. If I was viewing it offline, I would know.
