I'm pretty sure the "lone" wording in the final hit of the night refers to the person in their entirety. Since we know you aren't alone by any means, and that if it was mafia family 2, they're still 2 strong, it must be the Boondock Saint. The real one.

I don't like to play the game the way you guys do. I play quiet and passive. Especially after my first game where I screamed "MAFIA MAFIA MAFIA" and convinced myself... (I think it was wingzero?) was mafia and got killed first round.

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
