Poison, stop being so hysterical. I'm obviously not mafia. You need to calm down. A lot

Anyways, I had the detective use his night action to investigate me, just to satisfy you and Riney. Now relax.

Back to the old question, will you be targettable? =/
None.
I asked Inferno, he said yes.
Hypothetical situation:-The two Mafia families had planned to ally each other at the beginning of the game. They shared Mafia members.
-Azrael is Mafia.
-Cardinal was on the opposing Mafia family.
-Azrael's family wanted to backstab the other Mafia family, so he killed Cardinal.
-Azrael's family now has all three members, two of which are invulnerable. The opposing family is down to two members, and may lose one tonight.
Another situation:Azrael might be a cult leader.
inferno, since the mayor is not targettable, is the investigator able to investigate Azrael?
If the investigator cannot investigate Azrael, he should investigate someone else. If that new person is town-aligned, they should become the new mayor. If not, we lynch that person.
Win by luck, lose by skill.

Hey! You stole mah theory
None.
I asked Inferno:
"Can I be targeted by non-hit abilities? Like, I told the Detective to investigate me, he'll be able to do it successfully right?"
His reply:
"Yes."

To clear up confusion, mayor can have any night action except for hits done on him.
For future reference, the Mayor role wording should probably be modified so that is clearer.

How about a police officer? Can he jail someone and accidentally prevent them from being detected or eaten by a zombie?

Everything should be modified so it's clearer. I went head first into the game without thinking a lot of it through. I have gotten some questions about roles that are answered within the role description, though.

Yes.

Either tonight (unlikely at this point), tomorrow, or the day after that. It depends on if those with night actions continue to fluctuate their actions.
It shouldn't be based on the fluctuation of night actions, there should be a set deadline.

Tbh I figured it was common sense that inferno meant the mayor untargetable by hits only. Why would he even be untargetable from policemen and detectives (and other night actions)?
Because it says "the mayor may not be targetted at night."
