I think the columns are caused by the test using web-safe colors instead of constant saturation/brightness colors, but I may be wrong. Hues still change, but the brightness does vary between each band sometimes.

Still. This is stupid.

Y'know males are able to tell color differences just as well as females, it's just that females are less tolerant to clashing colors.

Also for the rest of you, try switching the place of one that you're unsure one to the left or right. See if you can tell if it is out of place.

I'm not angry, I got a 12 which is almost nothing, apart from novelty this has no real value or deep significance, and on top of that, it's tedious.

it's like typing THE QUICK BROWN FO JUMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG with both shifts down. There is no real value or deep significance. I think the first time I took it I got under 10.

A 12 may be almost nothing, but I got a 4. ;D

Whoa I got a 75. I'm not very good with colours and paintings. Maybe it's the bad display on my ancient laptop? :P

I took this test for about 10 minutes and I thought, looking over all the colors, "Fuck yeah. Perfect Score, here we come...

What's funny is Turquoise and Lavender are colors that I really like.

I wasn't expecting to do very well. At least I exceeded my expectations.

Thankfully, I prefer warm colors. ^.^

I got a perfect score, too. Kind of surprised, really, I expected to miss at least one due to a fluke.

Symmetry -- Man I wish we had this tech back in the day when people played ums lmao
[2026-7-16. : 6:28 am]
NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.
[2026-7-16. : 6:26 am]
NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor
[2026-7-16. : 2:28 am]
Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.
[2026-7-15. : 4:10 am]
Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
[2026-7-15. : 2:19 am]
Symmetry -- NudeRaider
NudeRaider shouted: Symmetry I can't tell if it's relevant. You provided literally no context so I was providing an equally generic answer.
