Cinematic file type?
Anyone know what file types are sc2 cinematics in?
I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
I think that these are flash movies since I know that you can let them play onto units with triggers.
What do you mean? something like this...
This is all in game, to get this effect you turn the video into a doodad.
And simply link the moving doodad with the music it was intended for.
Or do you mean an actual in game cinematic, because you are trying to extract them?

I was under the impression they are OGV videos; I'd check but I have no Starcraft II access right now. Just open up the SCII MPQs and have a look, there's an article on the wiki about MPQ editing.
Red classic.

hah yeah in the past that might've been up my alley. haven't really been mapping lately, been too busy with everything else. and kinda lost interest too tbh. just not enough people left on SC to feel worth investing the time personally.[07:38 am]
