I'd suggest you get a pen-based tablet and get started with a comic. I have a bamboo tablet. It works great with GIMP.

Buying a tablet doesn't make you a good artist. I should know. Have you seen my draw thread?

Yes I like your drawings. They belong to an anime or manga forum actually more than staredit. It just takes a few months of practice getting used to the tablet if you really put your mind to it. It's a different experience from drawing on paper.

Ctrl+Alt+Delete is pretty much the only one. I read Lunch occasionally too, though it's not really a webcomic.
