Had my crystal mine set to 50%. FML.

Will I know if this guy does try to attack me with forewarning if he decides to send a fleet, or will it just be a sudden message I get saying that I was attacked?

At the moment I have all my resources on my other planets funneling to my first planet, which basically has the following defending it right now:
80 Light Fighters
25 Heavy Fighters
20 Cruisers
50 Missile Launchers
10 Light Lasers
5 heavy Lasers
2 Gauss Cannons
5 Ion Cannons

I'd like to believe that is enough to fend off an attack from someone 1000 ranks above me, but I doubt it.


Also as a sidenote, the guy with the new account that went on vacation is now gone, along with some other account that has been on vacation mode. I know it is pointless in the long run, but I am tempted to take over my system. I probably wont, but it would be fun.

It pops up in the little bar above the header, all the way to the left. Also, if you have fleet movement and click on the middle bar, you can see ships moving, including the arrival time of your enemy's fleet.

So I was attacked by the #12 ranked player on Hydra last night, and he destroyed all 250 ships I had. Awesome. I have almost no desire to build that shit back up again.

It's one of the reasons why they tell you to fleetsave. Well, if you don't feel like it ... 250 ships in a few months are nothing. In a few months, you'd probably have thousands of battleships. <_<

Karma's a bitch. I was expeditioning as I pleased, and got off for the night. Lo and behold, my fleet arrived minutes before a bomber/destroyer mix absolutely raped my fleet.

I have one light fighter, and that's all.

The funny thing is that before I went to bed, I was an hour away from being able to get Battleships, and stored enough resources to make 10 right off the bat. Of course this guy got those resources as well (along with the 400,000 metal and 300,000 crystal debris field at my planet), so that's a bitch.

I realize that building that back up is nothing, I just really don't feel motivated to considering I feel like I'm starting over from scratch, but at rank 1600. Ugh.

I guess the one good thing is that I prepared my other planets to be able to build up to Cruisers, and can at least make Light and Heavy Fighters as I'm getting my main planet back up.

Third planet is a resource planet. You'll never find it.

Now the #7 player (and Daze's next door neighbor) is checking my planets. Perhaps I wont be as appetizing as I'm trying not to stockpile money to build ships en masse. I need more damn fleet slots.

I built up my fleet again to the size it was before, and the same guy came and destroyed it all overnight. I'm about at my breaking point where I don't see a point in even trying if I'm going to be so easily farmed like this the moment I build it up again.

EDIT:
I think I'm just going to build cargo ships, farm my inactives and slowly build up my research at this point. My defenses are basically dead, and I'm tired of losing my fleets so screw building ships.

He sent probes the first two times he attacked, so I'll let you know when he does it again. Right now I'm trying to powerlevel my resources on my other planets while I build up my Weapons/Shields/Armor research. I figure if he's got nothing to destroy and no money to gain, there's no real point to attacking again.

So I didn't realize you can't have more than 1 research going at a time, even if on a different planet. That's so lame. I just spent the last hour transferring resources to my second planet so I can use it to research Espionage while my main planet works on Armor, and once the resources get there it tells me I already have research in progress. That is so lame. It should me that rather than saying I don't have enough resources for it. Ugh.

Trading 15000 Deutrium for 25000 Crystals! Anyone want to trade?
