Right-click
What determines what ability is used when you right-click? Atm all the casters in my map will cast instead of moving when you right-click with them selected. Seeing as this is the ONLY thing until public release (except some terrain work), I'd really like to know...
I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
That's something called smartcast. Can't help more.

ability -> flag -> Smart (means, right click does it)

Oh, thanks. Smartcast used to be something entirely different (and actually useful) so I'd flagged all my abilities as it. This can be locked.
EDIT: Your not-shoot-over-wall system will be done today. Was unable to finish it yesterday because we got a huge amount of snow and I was asked to help shovel it.
