It sounds more like prog/psychedelic to me. They relabel old genres a lot.

You could as well add in some "contemporary classical", "drone", "experimental", and so many more genres. That's just how it is.
On my part, I do make the difference between prof/psychedelic and post-rock, though indeed, some times they are mixed together.
