Seems that whenever I do anything with triggers in my map it says "Something bad happened, would you like to save a diagnostic file?" I can just continue working and ignore it, It will still seem to work properly, it's only if I go Yes or No on the error window that it closes.

So it doesn't seem to be a really huge issue, but I'm wondering if there's a way to stop this from happening because I think this error disables key shortcuts like CTRL-S, X, V, C, etc.

None.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

If you can go back to an older version of your map where this hasn't happened.
You can also try to save the map with another advanced map editor, like Starforge, and then go back to ScmDraft. Be sure to make a backup first since this can potentially corrupt your map.
Not sure if this can have something to do with it, but it's worth a shot if the other methods weren't successful: Delete/Rename the backup database in your ScmDraft folder. Should be the largest file.

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

Symmetry shouted: Ohhh imagine a SC map that could delete itself
not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier

NudeRaider shouted: Symmetry I can't tell if it's relevant. You provided literally no context so I was providing an equally generic answer.
