Just now, I made sure all of the wires and connectors were seated properly. Also, swapped my power cable for the one that came in the PSU's box (old cable fit in too snug). Unplugged everyhing except serial head keyboard, ethernet cable, and DVI head. Started up fine, had input.
Started up USB mouse; success.
Started up with headphones plugged in; success.
Started up with USB printer and USB mic; failure.
Removed USB mic, started up; failure.
Removed USB printer, started up; failure.
uhhhh
Started up with only keyboard, ethernet, and DVI; failure.
...
Unplugged computer, discharged, restarted with the control 1 (keyboard, mouse, ethernet, headphones, DVI); failure.
Unplugged, discharged, restarted with control 2 (keyboard, ethernet, DVI); failure.

EDIT:
Oh cool I got it to work again.
Though I bet if I try to restart, it'll stop working.
I suspect that the 6/8 PCI-E might be the problem. Maybe it gets unseated or something during off time? Doesn't seem like that's the case though.
